By accessing or using TipTap ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. TipTap reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
TipTap provides a digital tipping platform that enables businesses to accept cashless tips from customers via NFC-enabled bracelets and digital payment processing. The Service includes employee management, tip tracking, tip pooling/splitting, and integration with Stripe for payment processing.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.
All payments are processed through Stripe. By using the Service, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Connected Account Agreement. TipTap charges a platform fee of 3% plus $0.30 per transaction. Funds are transferred to your connected Stripe account according to Stripe's standard payout schedule.
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to process fraudulent transactions, to impersonate others, or to interfere with the proper operation of the platform.
TipTap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TipTap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
